Chris Coldrick
Having had many years of various Senior roles and responsibilities within Asset Management in a large Social Housing provider, I have taken pleasure in sharing my knowledge, experiences and expertise in helping Path in providing a safe, secure and welcoming home to the most vulnerable of us living in Plymouth.
I cannot give a high enough accolade to ALL of the people at Path for their relentless “Passion” in their work in “being there” for those who need them most.

Stephen Brown
I joined Path as a Trustee in 2024. I am a retired Engineer and Company Director from the Medical Equipment sector.
Having previously supported the charity Street Child Africa (now amalgamated into The Consortium for Street Children) in a corporate fundraising role, I have always considered homelessness to be a priority issue and am delighted to make a contribution more locally through my involvement with Path.
Originally from London, I have lived in Plymouth with my family for the last 28 years.

Samantha Orluta
I’m a Real Estate Partner at Womble Bond Dickinson, a UK top 20 law firm, based in our Plymouth office. Over the course of my career, I’ve worked with national housebuilders in both private practice and as an in-house lawyer, specialising in site acquisitions for housebuilders, housing associations, investors, promoters, and councils.
Originally from Scotland, I’ve called Plymouth home since 2016. Before joining Path, I served as a trustee for Emmaus UK, a homelessness charity that provides a home, training, and work opportunities to people experiencing homelessness. I’m proud to continue supporting this cause through my role with Path.

David Millar
Originally from Crossford, Fife, David began work with the Admiralty in Rosyth in November 1961. He arrived in Plymouth in 1976, via Portsdown and Bath. Following the privatisation of the Dockyard he was made redundant and started work as a full time official with the Public and Commercial Services Union ultimately as the South West Regional Secretary.
From 1991 to 1999, David was a City Councillor for the Stoke Ward in the City and served as Deputy Leader of the Council for the last two years.
David joined the Path Board of Trustees in 2010 serving as Chair for 15 years

Jo Beer
Jo is a senior NHS leader with over 35 years’ experience across frontline care, operational leadership and system transformation. She trained as a nurse in Plymouth in 1986 and has since held senior roles including Chief Operating Officer at Plymouth Hospitals and now Chief Executive of Sirona Care & Health CIC.
As a trustee of Path, Jo brings a strong commitment to social justice and tackling inequality. Her experience gives her deep insight into the links between poverty, housing insecurity and health. She now leads Sirona Care & Health CIC, which provides services to more than one million people across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.

Keith Chapman
Keith worked within the NHS throughout his career, beginning with a background in nursing before moving into senior operational and strategic roles within complex secondary care organisations.
He is currently a General Manager (Clinical Commercial) at University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust, where he works collaboratively with third sector organisations and independent providers to support the delivery of Trust and wider system objectives. IHe has a strong passion for improving services for patients and supporting meaningful service transformation.
Keith holds an MSc in Healthcare Leadership and an MBA, which underpin my approach to leadership, governance and partnership working. As a trustee of Path, he is committed to using his experience to support the organisation in delivering high-quality services and improving outcomes for people experiencing homelessness.

Lauren Fuller
Lauren is the Divisional Finance Lead for the Specialist and Emergency Care Division at University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust, where she supports financial planning, performance and decision-making across complex clinical services.
Through her role, she has developed a strong understanding of the pressures facing frontline services and the importance of ensuring resources are used effectively to support those most in need. She is particularly interested in how financial stewardship can contribute to better outcomes for vulnerable individuals and communities.
As a trustee of Path, she is committed to supporting the organisation in delivering sustainable, high-quality services, and to helping ensure that everyone has access to safe and secure accommodation.
