What we do

At Path, hope begins with a home. We believe that everyone has the right to feel safe, supported, and empowered—whatever their circumstances. That’s why we listen with care, act with purpose, and walk alongside people facing homelessness.

Path offers a variety of roles for compassionate people who want to make a real difference—from support workers and housing officers to outreach staff, coordinators, and admin teams. Whether working directly with people or supporting behind the scenes, every role contributes to our mission of ending homelessness.

 We actively encourage applications from people with direct lived experience of homelessness or related challenges. These perspectives are vital: they challenge assumptions, improve service design and make our work more relevant, equitable and effective for the people we serve.
