What We Do
We believe that everyone deserves a safe, secure place to call home. That belief drives everything we do — acting quickly, working flexibly, and always showing care and compassion.
For over 30 years, Path has been at the forefront of tackling homelessness in Plymouth.
We believe that everyone deserves a safe, secure place to call home. That belief drives everything we do — acting quickly, working flexibly, and always showing care and compassion.
Our services have grown and evolved over time, but our commitment remains constant. Today, we continue to stand alongside people experiencing homelessness, helping them take steps toward a brighter, more stable future.
At Path, we roll up our sleeves to help people find a home, regain control, and move forward with dignity. The journey isn’t always easy — setbacks can happen — but we never walk away. We walk with people, every step of the way, building trust and doing what’s right.
