At Path we manage our own homes and run the Easylet Scheme, partnering with landlords to provide long term housing for individuals facing homelessness.

Our dedicated Easylet housing support team helps people secure safe, long-term accommodation.

What We Do

For individuals ready to move on from temporary housing we have direct access to over 100 rooms of private rented accommodation which are either managed by us or by our network of trusted private landlords..

  • Ongoing support for both tenants and landlords

  • Guidance on benefits, tenancy agreements & moving in

How We Support People

Our team is hands-on, practical, and always ready to help.

  • Property checks every 4 weeks

  • Help with housing benefit, Universal Credit & top-ups

  • Referrals to support services, food parcels, and more

  • Guidance through every stage of moving, settling, and sustaining a home

Where We Operate

Our properties are spread throughout Plymouth – from the city centre to Crownhill, Stoke, and Efford. We manage a variety of property types including:
