Finance Assistant


 

Full Time 37 hours per week
£26,304

Contract: Full-time (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm) 
Salary: £26,304 per annum 
Location: (primarily office based, with some flexibility)

Path is looking for an organised and detail-focused Finance Assistant to join our friendly Finance team.

This is an opportunity to use your finance and administration skills to support a local charity making a real difference to people experiencing homelessness and housing challenges.

What you'll do:

  • Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records.

  • Manage client rent accounts and income records.

  • Support reconciliations and reporting.

  • Assist with purchase ledger and general finance administration.

  • Work closely with the Senior Accountant, Assistant Accountant and the wider team

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Strong administration and numerical skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • Good organisational and communication skills.

  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
