Housing Support Worker (Prolific Priority Offenders)

22.5 hours per week

£25,797 per annum pro rata

Path is seeking a committed and compassionate Housing Support Worker to join our Housing Information, Signposting and Support team, supporting Prolific and Priority Offenders (PPOs) as part of Plymouth’s Integrated Offender Management (IOM) programme. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact by addressing housing instability—a key factor in reoffending—and helping individuals rebuild their lives.

You’ll work with people recently released from prison or facing homelessness, many of whom have complex needs. Through coordinated support with agencies including police, probation, housing, health, and substance misuse services, you’ll help clients transition into stable accommodation and independent living.

If you are a compassionate advocate, committed to social inclusion we’d love to hear from you.

Benefits include:

  • Generous holiday allowance

  • Flexible working

  • 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme

  • Enhanced sick pay and maternity pay

  • Blue light card discount scheme

  • Ongoing learning and development opportunities

Deadline for receipt of applications: Monday, 20th October, 9.00am
