MARS Accommodation Worker


 

Full Time 37 hours per week
(Fixed term contract due to end 31st March 2027 - with possibility of extension dependent on funding)

£25,797 per annum

Our Resident Support Team helps people in temporary accommodation find their way to a secure, stable home. If you're compassionate, resilient, and ready to make a difference in Plymouth, we’d love to hear from you.


In this role, you’ll manage a small caseload, providing one-to-one support and advocacy, helping complex individuals with entrenched histories of rough sleeping maintain both temporary and long-term housing. You'll work closely with Path’s Rough Sleeping Team across Path’s Rough Sleeping houses and partner social housing, applying a trauma-informed, strengths-based support approach.
