Housing Workers (Temporary Accommodation)

£27,087 per annum

We are looking for two proactive and compassionate Housing Workers to join our Housing Team, with a primary focus on our single‑person Temporary Accommodation service.

This role sits within the housing management function and is responsible for ensuring our accommodation is safe, secure, well‑managed and fully utilised. You will oversee day‑to‑day housing management tasks and support residents both moving into accommodation and moving on.

About You

You will be approachable, organised and confident, with a practical and solution‑focused approach to managing accommodation. You’ll be comfortable working with people who may be vulnerable or distressed, while maintaining clear professional boundaries.
