Move-on Support Worker


 

Full Time 37 hours per week (Fixed term 1 year - with possibility of extension dependent on funding)

£25,797 per annum

Working collaboratively with BCHA and PCC as part of the HUB Move-on Team you will support people to move on from emergency B&B placements into safer, more secure housing. With a trauma-informed, person-centred approach you will provide personalised one to one support for residents advising on housing, health, substance use, mental wellbeing, life skills, benefits & more.
