MARS Worker
We are expanding our Multi-Agency Rough Sleeper (MARS) Team in Plymouth! As a MARS Worker, you'll provide personalized support to individuals vulnerable to rough sleeping, helping them transition from the streets to stable housing. You'll conduct assessments, manage a caseload, and offer one-to-one advocacy, working closely with various services to arrange temporary and long-term accommodation. We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of housing and homelessness issues, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate, problem-solving approach. Rough Sleeping Service Manager
Path is looking for a dedicated Rough Sleeping Service Manager to lead our rough sleeping service in Plymouth. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our efforts, guiding and supporting our staff, managing service delivery, and working hand-in-hand with partner organisations to tackle rough sleeping.
You’ll have experience in the homelessness sector, and of managing teams and services, along with a practical ‘can-do’ approach.

Housing Worker - Temporary Accommodation
We are seeking a dedicated Housing Worker to join our Resettlement Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting single homeless people transition into temporary housing, providing practical support with settling in and eventually moving on. As part of the team, you’ll also be responsible for monitoring properties on a weekly basis to ensure they are maintained to an appropriate standard.
