Our Plymouth Renting Access Service (PRSS) offers people support to secure private rented accommodation, via referrals from Plymouth City Council.
We assess the client's housing needs, their tenancy history, references and affordability, and aim to help them secure appropriate accommodation. For people needing private rented accommodation, we can potentially offer support and deposit guarantees to help set up tenancies. For Landlords, we can offer tenants who are ready to live independently, tenancy related support including move-in and move-out property inspections with digital photos, help resolving Housing Benefit related issues and more. TASS: Targeted Accommodation and Support Service From April 2023 we have additional support for people on Probation to help secure and settle into private rented housing. |
