Reducing Homelessness
We are an independent charity working to reduce homelessness in Plymouth |
The charity’s objective is to relieve poverty by providing assistance to those in housing need, so to help prevent and reduce homelessness. We do this in four key areas: Rough Sleeper work, Housing Advice & Support, Resettlement and Private Renting Support - helping people to set up and maintain tenancies.
We work with people on low incomes, refugees, ex-Services personnel, ex-offenders, and others who find themselves needing our help. We work with and support people with all sorts of issues; but our specialism is, and remains, housing and homelessness. |
Our mission:
To support people vulnerable to homelessness to secure and sustain appropriate accommodation. |
Our aims:
• To support people in housing need • To secure and maintain accommodation so that people can live secure and independent lives • To participate in society |
We offer a range of Services |

Path Governance |
We constantly look to enhance how we run Path: from improving information and policies to reviewing services; updating job descriptions and reviewing Path’s public benefit, ensuring that we contribute fully to the communities in which we work and stay relevant and effective.

Funding |
Path’s biggest single funder remains Plymouth City Council, some funding coming directly and some via partnerships. Other funders include: Lloyds Bank Foundation; Crisis; and the Royal British Legion. We greatly appreciate all the support and funding that we receive.
