Full Property Management

We handle everything - from tenant viewings to rent collection and repairs.

    • Arrange and conduct viewings

    • Manage the move-in process

    • Prepare and oversee tenancy agreements

    • Ensure tenants have a 5-week deposit and 1 month’s rent in advance

    • Protect deposits in a recognised scheme

    • Notify utility companies of tenant changes

    • Request rent via Universal Credit or Housing Benefit

    • Collect and transfer rent

    • Carry out regular property inspections

    • Organise repairs with qualified, insured contractors

    • Issue notices and attend court if required

    • Fill vacancies quickly

    • Renew gas, electrical safety, and EPC certificates

    • 10% + VAT per month (Flats/Houses)

    • 15% + VAT per month (HMOs)

    • £350 setup fee (deducted from first rent payment)
