If you have an issue to report, please contact your respective housing workers during working hours - Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Numbers can be located are on the noticeboard in the houses.

If it’s after 5:00 PM or during the weekend and you have an urgent maintenance problem, please text our Out of Hours team and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

Rent Payments
While staying with us, residents contribute towards their rent and service charges. This helps cover essentials like heating and Wi-Fi.
We ask that payments are made via standing order if possible, but we’re here to help if that’s tricky. For any questions or to pay over the phone, please contact us on 01752 749920.
