(Fixed term contract until 31st March 2027)

What you’ll do:

Help people with complex, entrenched rough sleeping histories sustain housing.
Manage a small caseload and provide one-to-one support and advocacy using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach.
Work closely with Path’s Rough Sleeping Team and partners.

As we’re recruiting for several frontline roles including: Rough Sleeping Outreach Worker, Resident Support Worker, Refugee Housing Support Worker, Housing Support Worker (Families) please indicate on your application which positions you’d like to be considered for.
