Resident Support Worker
Full Time 37 hours per week
£25,797 per annum
(Fixed term contract until September 2026)
What you’ll do:
Support residents in temporary accommodation to sustain tenancies and move on to settled housing.
Provide advice on housing, life skills, and benefits, and support people to access health, substance use, and mental health services.
Encourage community participation and help residents build local connections.

As we’re recruiting for several frontline roles including: Mars Accommodation Worker, Rough Sleeping Worker, Refugee Housing Support Worker, please indicate on your application which positions you’d like to be considered for.
