Resident Support Worker
Salary: £27,087 per annum
Hours: 37 Hours per Week
We’re looking for a compassionate, proactive and resilient Resident Support Worker to join our Resident Support Team. You'll support people living in Path's temporary accommodation, helping them maintain their accommodation, overcome barriers and move on to settled housing. Using a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach, you'll provide practical support, advice and advocacy, helping residents access housing, benefits, health services and opportunities that support independence and wellbeing.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
Experience supporting people and managing a caseload.
Able to engage and motivate people facing multiple challenges.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Able to build positive relationships and work collaboratively with others.
