Salary: £27,087 p/a (pro rata for part time role)
1 post - Full Time: 37 Hours per week
1 post - Part Time: 30 Hours per week
Path is looking for a compassionate and proactive Housing & Tenancy Support Worker to join our Housing Information & Support Service. In this rewarding role, you'll support people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to access accommodation, sustain tenancies, and develop the skills and confidence needed to live independently.
What you’ll do
Working across Path offices, clients' homes and community settings, you'll provide practical housing advice, advocacy and tailored support, helping people overcome barriers and achieve sustainable housing outcomes through a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach.
What we’re looking for?
Someone who can build positive relationships, listen without judgement, manage a varied workload and empower people to make lasting changes in their lives. Experience in housing, homelessness, support work, health, social care or a related field would be beneficial, but we also welcome applicants with transferable skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
