Resident Support Worker - Assured Periodic Tenancy
Salary: £27,087 per annum
Hours: 37 Hours per Week
Path is looking for a compassionate, proactive and resilient Resident Support Worker to join our Resident Support Team. You'll work with people living in Path's Assured Periodic Tenancy (APT) properties, helping them sustain their tenancy, live independently and achieve long-term stability. Using a trauma-informed approach, you'll provide practical housing support, welfare benefits advice and help people access services that improve wellbeing and build confidence. You'll work closely with tenants, partner agencies and other Path teams to achieve positive outcomes and prevent homelessness.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
Experience supporting people to achieve goals and maintain independence.
Able to build positive relationships and work collaboratively with others.
Practical and solution-focused in your approach. Strong communication and organisational skills.
