Hope Begins with a Home

For 30 years, Path has been at the heart of tackling homelessness in Plymouth. We believe everyone deserves a safe place to call home - and we work quickly, flexibly, and with care to make that happen.

    What We Do

At Path, we roll up our sleeves to help people find a home, regain control, and move forward with dignity.

    Get Involved

Your support can help Path reach more people in crisis - offering shelter, essentials, and a compassionate hand to help them start again.

    Find Help

If you’re facing homelessness, sleeping rough, or know someone who is, here you’ll find clear, practical ways to get help and stay safe.

Hope beings with a home

We believe that everyone has the right to a safe home, no matter who they are or what they’ve been through.

Path is a leading homelessness charity in Plymouth.  Since 1995 we have been at the forefront of tackling homelessness in our city.  Given the challenging national and local picture—with record numbers of households in temporary accommodation and rough sleeping at an all-time high—Path’s work is more crucial than ever.

How we can help

    Help Someone

Homelessness is tough — and facing it alone can be overwhelming. But there are ways you can make a real difference in someone’s life, starting today.

  • Two people exchanging coffee mugs at a white table near a window, with a small vase of dried flowers in the background.

    Useful Resources

Find useful links to local and national organisations that can help with housing, wellbeing, money and more.

  • Colorful ceramic mugs hanging on hooks from a dark wooden rack, with a white wall in the background.

    Working with Landlords

Through our Easylet scheme, we work with landlords and letting agents in Plymouth to provide quality, affordable homes for people in urgent housing need—offering full management or tenant-find-only options.

  • Three women participating in a charity walk or run event, wearing medals and race bibs, smiling and walking outdoors with a brick wall in the background.

    Fundraise

Whether it’s hosting a coffee morning, putting on a live gig, sing out or festival, streaming a gaming marathon, or organising a quiz or craft sale, your creativity can help people in Plymouth move from homelessness to hope.
